Remote Accounts And Special Projects Supervisor

The Accounts and Projects Supervisor oversees client account management and

supports project execution. This role ensures client satisfaction, maintains internal

alignment, supports virtual health assistants (VHAs), and guarantees timely delivery of

services.

Key Objectives:

● Ensure all client accounts are managed efficiently and proactively.

● Provide oversight and support for project planning, execution, and evaluation.

● Facilitate communication between clients, VAs, and internal teams.

● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to standards

Core Responsibilities

As an Accounts and Project Supervisor at Maverick Global Resources, LLC., your key

responsibilities are:

1. Client Account Management:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

● Conduct onboarding sessions, needs assessments, and expectation-setting

meetings.

● Maintain regular communication with clients to review performance, gather

feedback, and address concerns promptly.

● Document all client interactions and updates.

2. Project Oversight:

● Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

● Support the Operations Manager to ensure all deliverables meet quality and

timeline expectations.

● Conduct post-project evaluations to identify wins and improvement points.

3. VHA Supervision and Support:

● Participate in candidate initial interviews

● Monitor VA attendance, productivity, and adherence to KPIs.

● Conduct coaching sessions to enhance performance.

● Address behavioral or performance concerns professionally and promptly.

● Coordinate with the Personnel Manager, Account Coordinator and Team Leaders

for support.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

● Prepare reports for leadership

● Track VA metrics, turnaround times, client satisfaction, project deadlines, and

issue resolutions.

● Maintain organized documentation for transparency and compliance.

5. Conduct Initial and Client Interviews:

● Conduct initial and client interviews

● Document key insights and client preferences

● Share the summarized findings and relevant information with the Personnel Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php292.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
