Remote Assistant - Bar Manager

Characteristics & skills I'm prioritizing:

• Someone who can get minimal direction on a new project, do the research and understand the needs.
• Organized and attentive to details.
• Be able to finish tasks and verify 100% completion.
• Be personable and comfortable talking to people
• Energetic & positive - you'll be dealing with customers
• Excellent excel or gsheet skills

Tasks:

• You'll work on a lot of different projects. For example: tracking cash/credit discrepancies, musician performance, monitoring surveillance
• Customer service calls - calling hotel, event, bar customers.
• You'll be in charge of managing other team members tasks & progress.
• Most of the time in between your responsibilities & one time tasks, you need to determine what's productive for you to do. Your performance will be based on this independence.
• In charge of artists (musicians)
• Monitoring sales of specific items and tracking performance
• Watch surveillance
• Talk to staff daily & notate what needs to be done
• On-boarding for new trainees
• Must have bar experience (should be able to speak to different ingredients)
