Remote Assistant - Hr Manager

Characteristics & skills I'm prioritizing:

• Someone who can get minimal direction on a new project, do the research and understand the needs.
• Organized and attentive to details.
• Be able to finish tasks and verify 100% completion.
• Be personable and comfortable talking to people
• Energetic & positive - you'll be dealing with customers
• Excellent excel or gsheet skills

Tasks:

• Part time - hire staff for me as needed.
• Manage performance of staff on a weekly basis
• Train staff (follow check list)
• Test new hires on materials & ensure they're ready (onboarding)
