Remote Benefits Plan Specialist

Overview

We’re hiring a Remote Benefits Plan Specialist to help individuals who have already requested information take the next step in their benefits review. This role blends customer education with consultative sales, guiding conversations from interest to enrollment using clear talking points and a proven process.

You’ll work fully remote, speak with warm leads only, and focus on helping people understand their options and move forward confidently. Training and scripts are provided. Performance is driven by engagement, follow-through, and results.

Responsibilities

• Speak with inbound customers requesting benefits information
• Identify needs through short discovery conversations
• Present program options clearly and confidently
• Guide customers through enrollment and early onboarding
• Track activity and outcomes accurately
• Follow approved messaging and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Confident, clear communicator
• Comfortable asking questions and closing next steps
• Organized and self-driven in a remote setting
• Open to coaching and performance feedback
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not required
