Remote Client Advisor

Duties

• Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct outside sales activities to expand the client base and promote our products and services.
• Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage sales administration tasks including processing orders, updating client information, and maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.
• Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive information, especially in insurance sales or health-related services.
• Assist with benefits administration and support clients through various stages of the sales process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong communication skills to effectively engage clients.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer demographics.
• Knowledge of sales administration processes and analysis skills for assessing client data and market trends.
• Experience in insurance sales, benefits administration, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
