• Welcoming and guiding new clients through their onboarding so they feel supported and excited from the start
• Building real, ongoing relationships that keep people engaged and progressing
• Staying in regular, meaningful contact to maintain motivation and connection
• Spotting opportunities to improve the client experience and feeding that back into how we grow
• Using digital tools and CRM platforms to stay organised and connected with our virtual team
