About the Role

Compensation: • $100 weekly base pay • Commission opportunities: - Bonus for each qualified walkthrough scheduled - Additional bonus for contracts closed This is a performance-based role. Earnings can increase quickly based on results.

Mayday Services Group is hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help generate new commercial clients.

You will contact businesses, offices, and property managers to introduce our commercial cleaning and lawn maintenance services.

Your primary responsibility is to identify the decision maker, collect their email address, and schedule walkthrough appointments.

This role is ideal for someone comfortable speaking with businesses and making outbound calls.

Daily Responsibilities

• Make 70 outbound calls per day
• Contact businesses from a lead list provided
• Ask for the decision maker responsible for facility cleaning or maintenance
• Collect the decision maker's email address on every call when possible
• Leave professional messages when necessary
• Log call results and emails collected
• Schedule walkthrough appointments when interest is shown

If the decision maker is unavailable, you must ask the receptionist for the decision maker's email address.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Approximately 2–3 hours per day

Compensation

Base Pay: $100 per week

Performance Bonuses:

• Walkthrough Appointment Scheduled: Bonus
• Contract Closed from Your Lead: Additional Bonus

High performers may receive higher pay and more hours.

Requirements

• Comfortable making outbound cold calls
• Clear and professional speaking voice
• Reliable internet and phone access
• Organized and able to track calls and contacts
• Ability to follow scripts and instructions

Important Performance Expectations

This position requires consistent outreach.

Contractors who do not demonstrate effort in collecting decision maker emails, generating leads, or scheduling walkthrough opportunities may be subject to performance review or termination.
