We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Clerk to join our Administrative team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while providing key support in managing and organizing critical data for the organization. As a full-time, hourly employee, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records, contributing to the seamless functioning of our administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases and administrative systems.
- Verify and cross-check data from various sources to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Compile and organize data reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.
- Monitor and maintain electronic files, ensuring proper security and accessibility.
- Support additional administrative tasks, such as managing email correspondence and scheduling requests, as required.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in a data entry or clerical role, preferably in an administrative department.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Strong proficiency in using data entry software, office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication with the team.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
The pay range for this role is:
28 - 36 USD per hour(Remote (Greensboro, North Carolina, US))
