Remote Data Entry And Information Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry and Information Clerk to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of critical customer information, supporting seamless service delivery in a fast-paced environment. This full-time hourly position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing directly to the success of our operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and business data within company databases.
  • Verify the accuracy of information by cross-referencing data points and correcting inconsistencies.
  • Review and process incoming data from multiple sources, ensuring timely updates to records.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records, ensuring proper categorization for easy access.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address data-related inquiries and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Handle confidential customer and company information with the utmost discretion.
  • Conduct regular audits of databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Support the Customer Support department with administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Experience with data entry software, CRM platforms, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with standard office software, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data management are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a data entry, information clerk, or administrative support role is an advantage.

The pay range for this role is:
28 - 34 USD per hour(Remote (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, US))
