Remote Dispatch Operations Leader

We're Hiring Immediately:
Lead dispatch operations for our nationwide cleaning and furniture assembly platform connecting neighbors with $18-19/hr jobs. Manage teams across the United States.

What You'll Do:

• Onboard & supervise entry-level dispatchers
• Cover 14 weekly shifts per city
• Staff onsite and remote support roles
• Work with Senior Dispatch for team oversight

Pay & Benefits:

• $25.00/hour (up to 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week)
• Weekly pay + generous performance bonuses
• 100% Remote - Start ASAP

Who We're Looking For:

• Organized leader comfortable managing remote teams
• Experience in operations, dispatch, or team coordination
• PREFERRED: Tagalog or other Filipino language fluency (to communicate effectively with dispatchers)
• Bonus: Customer service or cleaning industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,761.41 - $59,927.71 per year
