We're looking for a versatile General Virtual Assistant to support various tasks, especially in content generation, editing, and leveraging AI tools, while also having a bonus edge in social media and video editing.

Role Overview
As a General Virtual Assistant, you'll play a critical role in managing and enhancing content quality, identifying and implementing AI solutions, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong content creation and editing skills, expertise in social media, and the ability to leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or X for efficient content generation.

Job Scope (Training will be provided as needed)

• AI Integration & Content Creation
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or X to create, optimize, and proofread content.
• Develop creative ideas for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI solutions.
• Content Quality Assurance
• Review and edit articles, marketing copy, and other deliverables for grammar, spelling, readability, and SEO optimization.
• Spot strong vs. weak copy and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and strategy.
• Social Media & Video Editing (Bonus Skills)
• Create and edit short-form video content using tools like CapCut or TikTok.
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including content planning and scheduling.
• Research and implement trends to enhance engagement and reach.
• Administrative Support
• Manage data and records using Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools.
• Research potential websites and contacts for outreach and partnerships.
• Respond to emails and maintain strong communication with clients and the team.
• Content Strategy & Visuals
• Collaborate with writers to brainstorm topics for SEO and link-building purposes.
• Plan content briefs and source relevant images for articles.
• Project Management
• Ensure content and deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Assist in creating and improving workflows to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Journalism, English, Engineering, or related fields).
• Skills & Experience:
• Exceptional English language skills (native or near-native proficiency).
• Strong content editing and proofreading abilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or X.
• Video editing experience with tools like CapCut or TikTok (bonus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and content creation platforms.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, content editing, or related roles is desirable but not mandatory.
• Mindset:
• Hungry for success and eager to learn.
• Goal-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with remote work and fast-paced environments.

Working Hours & Environment

• Schedule:
• Full-time: 5 days/week (Monday - Friday), 10 am to 7 pm (one-hour lunch break).
• Part-time options may be considered.
• Timezone: Same as the Philippines.
• Work Setup:
• Remote (Work From Home).
• Casual attire, no formal dress code required.
