Remote High Ticket Sales - Uncapped Commission & Residuals

Flexible, part- or full-time high-earning remote sales opportunity for experienced and highly skilled closers. This role offers extensive training, warm leads, outbound prospecting, and an existing book of repeat clients generating revenue immediately. After ramp-up, top performers can expect $7,000-10,000+ working full-time or $4,000-6,000+ part-time. This is a 1099 Contract commission position with the opportunity to become a full-time salary+commission employee with demonstrated performance.

Founded in 1993, Discover Publications is a marketing company on a mission is to help our clients grow. We publish custom direct mail publications for real estate agents, helping them build their brands and generate business. Our team is small, driven, fun-loving, and supportive!

POSITION

We are seeking at least two highly motivated and skilled salespeople to develop new business and deepen opportunities with existing clients. You’ll real estate agents grow their businesses by offering custom-tailored, highly effective direct mail campaigns. Agents love working with us because our publications are an incredible value compared to postcards, they build community and generate leads and listings, and we don't require commitments.

You will receive abundant pre-qualified leads and will also network, ask for referrals, and do outbound prospecting. We set you up for success with extensive paid training, pre-qualified leads, proven processes, a robust CRM, and ongoing support and training.

You will need your own sufficient computer with a camera and microphone for Zoom calls, reliable Internet access, and your own remote workspace. We'll provide a company VOIP phone and all the software and materials you need.

With demonstrated performance you can transition to a full-time, salaried Account Exec position with benefits and an uncapped commission plan (the same plan, but with a threshold to account for the salary portion).

Responsibilities

• Close sales via phone and video sales calls, using our proven process
• Maintain client relationships, asking for and earning repeat & referral business
• Prepare sales materials like sample packets, letters, and presentations
• Attend sales meetings and trainings
• Log sales activities in our CRM
• Achieve full- or part-time sales targets

Additional requirements:

• 2+ years’ Sales experience (any industry/role)
• 2 References willing and able to speak to your character and accomplishments, at least one being a former employer
• English language proficiency (written and spoken)
• Basic spreadsheet and computer skills
• High School Diploma/equivalent (college preferred, not required)

PAY & BENEFITS

This is a 1099 Contract position with unlimited potential and the opportunity to advance into a full-time salaried role, if desired. You may choose to work a full- or part-time schedule.

Training is compensated at $20/hr, with up to 100 hours of training provided the first 3-7 weeks. You can begin actively selling and earning commission after as few as 20-30 training hours, with training continuing on a taper-down schedule.

After training, earn:

• 10% commission on new deals, with $500 guaranteed on most new order types (clients expecting to mail repeat publications)
• 10% commission on up-sold revenue; for example, if a current client's average order is $5,000, you'd earn 10% of $2,000 if her order increases to $7,000
• Generous tiered commission and bonuses on repeat orders ($100-$500+ each)
• $200-500 bonus on client prepayments of at least 3 publications
• Average repeat order is $5,000, average new order is $3,500, and our average client places 7 orders/year

Commission is earned after a job is completed (printed and mailed) and prepayment bonuses are earned once the payment is received. Learn more about the incentive plan in detail during our interview.

If you possess the right qualities, apply your training, and persevere, after ramp-up you can expect to earn $3,000-5,000+ per month working part-time or $6,000-10,000+ with a full-time schedule, with your residual commission perpetually increasing as your portfolio grows.
