We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Physical Therapist to join our growing team in a remote telehealth role. This position is ideal for a PT who values flexibility, enjoys working within structured clinical systems, and is passionate about helping patients achieve excellent outcomes.

Position Overview

The Remote Physical Therapist will primarily perform telehealth evaluations, re-evaluations, progress assessments, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with Missouri regulations and practice protocols.

This role is designed for a Physical Therapist who enjoys combining technology, patient communication, and collaborative care in a modern multidisciplinary practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform telehealth physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with Missouri regulations
• Review patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Provide patient education and home exercise recommendations
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with chiropractors and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Participate in virtual team meetings and clinical case discussions
• Support continuity of care through efficient communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Missouri
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and EMR systems
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong clinical oversight
• Experience supervising PTAs preferred

Preferred Experience

• Outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation experience
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
• Multidisciplinary practice experience is a plus
• Familiarity with functional rehabilitation and active care programs
• Understanding of Missouri PTA supervision requirements
