Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Outreach: Drive sales of e-learning and mindset programs by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Build authentic connections within a global network of like-minded individuals committed to growth and learning.
  • Social Media & Online Engagement: Develop and maintain a strong online presence by sharing inspiring and value-driven mindset and educational content.
  • Networking & Community Growth: Expand reach through active engagement with aligned professionals and communities to support consistent sales growth.
  • Leadership & Guiding: Support and guide clients throughout their learning journey, fostering a positive and motivating environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with trends in mindset education, social marketing, and online learning to bring fresh insights to clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, client relations, or business
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to understand client needs and close sales
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using online platforms, remote tools, and social media for engagement and outreach
  • Genuine interest in mindset, growth, and supporting others
  • Familiarity with e-learning or mindset programs is a plus
