Remote Support Appliance Technician

Responsibilities:

This is a remote position. You will communicate with customers over the phone to diagnose

issues and relay required parts to our U.S.-based technicians for ordering.

Diagnose a variety of household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, and

microwaves and provide solutions to our customers.

Troubleshoot issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.

Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English.

2+ years of appliance repair experience required.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
