What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to manage cold calling, customer service, and outreach to clients. The ideal candidate can clearly articulate Integem’s mission and services, has strong communication and organizational skills, and thrives in a remote work environment. This position requires professionalism, alignment with our brand’s values, and a strong customer-focused attitude. Training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introduce Integem’s services, and build strong relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with client outreach, lead generation, and follow-up strategies.
- Analyze data using Excel to generate insights and performance reports.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, file organization, and preparing documents.
- Clearly explain Integem’s programs and services during client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and cold calling for an American company.
- Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, with a neutral or American accent.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Canva for creating presentations and materials.
- Ability to analyze and report data using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer service tools like Freshdesk.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing/sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms for outreach.
- Certifications in customer service, communication, or data analysis.

Work Schedule
Full-time remote position during California daytime hours.
