Reporting Analyst

We rely on data to run the business—but that only works if our reports are accurate, timely, and consistent.

We’re hiring a Reporting Analyst to own our recurring reports and dashboards. Your job is to make sure leaders and teams always see the same numbers, updated on time, and clearly explained.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for recruitment, sales, and marketing teams
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper definitions across all reports
• Pull data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, ATS, CRM, databases, marketing tools)
• Maintain dashboards and standard report templates
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
• Document report logic, formulas, and data sources so reports are repeatable and auditable
• Support leadership and teams with ad-hoc reporting requests

Tools & skills we’re looking for

Must-have:

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, logic checks)
• Experience producing recurring operational or management reports
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Basic to intermediate SQL (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to follow reporting standards and definitions consistently

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Familiarity with recruitment, BPO, staffing, or sales data
• Experience working with Airtable or internal databases
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Make.com)
