Residential Apartment Maintenance Technician (Bilingual)

Bilingual Residential Apartment Maintenance Technician in Metro Atlanta, GA

Possible Locations may include:

• East Point, GA
• Decatur, GA
• Airport area

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

- Must have 5 years minimum in residential apartment maintenance experience

- Must be HVAC certified

-Must have reliable transportation

- Ability to speak Spanish

Skills:
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and providing customer service.
