Role: Residential Property Manager
Day-to-Day Property Operations : Oversee daily activities across a mix of residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient facility management.
Maintenance Coordination: Manage and document work orders, schedule inspections, and oversee service providers.
Contract & SLA Management: Tender out service contracts and utilities, ensuring cost efficiency and high service standards.
Compliance & Regulations: Handle RTB registrations, rent reviews, and other administrative tasks related to property compliance.
Software & Reporting: Maintain property records and documentation using Acquaint software.
Inspections & Site Management: Conduct bi-annual property inspections and ongoing site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Client: Private Property Developer
Essentials: 5+ years’ experience in property, facilities, or asset management; strong knowledge of building maintenance, contract management, and compliance; experience in project management, budgeting, and tendering; proficiency in Acquaint or similar property management software; full clean driving licence.
Location: South Dublin based office - developments are Dublin based
Salary: €50,000
Package: Pension, mileage, healthcare & bonus
