Restaurant General Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, menu offerings, and overall guest experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant premises.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
