For those who dream of living and working in Bali in a full-time management role, a new position is opening at Merlin's Restaurant in Ubud, Bali: we are looking for an exceptional General Manager / Fnb & Service Management at international 5-star level

✨The ideal candidate for this position has✨:

• Extensive experience in hospitality, food & beverage service, luxury resort management, and high-end service environments;
• A proven background working in luxurious hotels, resorts or restaurants with a strong knowledge of international service standards;
• Experience managing large and diverse teams;
• A presentable, charming personality with natural leadership qualities;
• Advanced English proficiency (other languages are a plus);
• Strong organizational and people management skills;
• Any international work experience is considered a major advantage.

You will be managing a team composed of Service staff, Housekeeping team, and Security personnel, ensuring that all aspects of the customer experience, service, human resources and maintenance of the building meet the highest standards.
