Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction, and leading a team to deliver an outstanding fine dining experience. You will play a key role in establishing operational procedures, recruiting and training staff, and upholding the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.

• Maintain top-tier hospitality and fine dining standards.

Team Leadership & Training

• Hire, train, and mentor front-of-house staff.
• Ensure ongoing staff development and service excellence.

Guest Relations

• Provide exceptional service and personalized guest experiences.
• Manage reservations, inquiries, and VIP guest relations.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure adherence to Swiss health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation.

Collaborate with chefs to ensure menu consistency and quality.

Art der Stelle: Pensum: 80-100%

Gehalt: ab CHF6’000.00 pro Monat
