Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee all restaurant operations. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service. Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and ordering processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food and beverage service. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
