Job Details:

• Location: 7415 Corporate Blvd, Suite 900, Baton Rouge, LA 70809
• Pay range: Up to $15.00 per hour (includes base pay, tips, and performance bonus)
• Schedule: Full-time and Part-time, flexible hours available

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the crew to deliver an outstanding shift every time.
• Engage with customers to ensure a top-quality Five Guys experience.
• Manage shift operations, including cash handling and inventory, to keep our fast-paced kitchen running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a natural ability to lead others.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role is a plus.
