Restaurant Shift Leader POSITION SUMMARY: Great personality and Guest Service are a must all the time! Team members exhibit phenomenal hospitality and lightning speed while building a guest’s food. Will need the ability to learn and work a variety of positions each day.

Restaurant Supervisor Functions

• Creating a culture within the restaurant that promotes productivity and having fun. Delivering the highest quality of guest service each day.
• Following recipes and other company guidelines.
• Working on the production line, prep area(s) and helping wherever needed.
• Ensuring the least amount of food waste each day: understanding that profit provides possibility.
• Learning and working in all possible positions within the restaurant.
• Ensuring food safety standards are high priority. Taking pride in an extremely clean restaurant

Restaurant Shift Leader QUALIFICATIONS

• Guest Service: Creating a positive and fun experience for each guest
• Teamwork: Helping whenever needed and aiding in the achievement company/restaurant goals.
• Team Building: Positively interacting with team in order to forge solid professional relationships with employees.
• Productivity: Working at a fast pace and able to execute all essential tasks on time.
• Business Acumen: Accountable for minimal food waste on the production line and prep area(s).
• Time Management: Responsible for providing great guest service while managing other daily tasks.
• Safety Awareness: Understanding following all proper safety protocols.
• Dependability- Have Reliable transportation & ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Cleanliness: Performing detail cleaning tasks and taking pride in an extremely clean restaurant.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)

Shift Leader SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
