Restaurant Staff

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in the food service industry within a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating or ordering
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, whether at the counter or table
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and courteously
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up or cleaning the restaurant
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment
• Must be at least 18 years old or older to comply with health regulations
