Restaurant Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food, Hotel, and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course
• Five years of leadership function in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant; Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with the ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met.
• People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
• Excellent Knowledge of basic store operations, with the capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability.
• Flexible and have an open mind to help a start-up company.
• Can start immediately this November.
• We have two hirings for SM North Quezon City Branch (URGENT) and Greenhills San Juan Branch (December).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Achieve Daily and Monthly Sales Quota
• Managing, Planning and Implementing all operational standards
• Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety of the Store
• Reports and Accountability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
