Restaurant Waiter/Waitress

Located at the heart of Waterford city, the family owned 4* Granville Hotel is looking for a Restaurant Waiter/Waitress.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To promote in-house sales. To have very good knowledge of the Menus, Beverages and any special offers available at the time.
• Preparation for Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner service, adhering to cleaning schedules and mise-en-place standards.
• Ensure that all customers receive polite and courteous attention.
• To deal with customer queries / complaints and ensuring conversion of enquiries.
• To ensure the highest standards of service are maintained by all times.
