Retail Key Holder

As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in supporting store management by ensuring smooth operations during opening and closing hours, maintaining store standards, and contributing to exceptional customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with leadership potential, retail experience, and a passion for helping children live actively. As part of our US launch team, you’ll help pave the way for moodytiger’s success in this new market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Support: Assist in daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and take charge in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service, helping customers find products tailored to kids’ athletic and outdoor activities, and engage with families to build relationships.
• Sales and Performance: Contribute to and help meet sales goals by fostering a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual presentation standards and uphold an inviting store atmosphere.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and organization to maintain optimal product levels on the floor.
• Loss Prevention: Ensure adherence to store policies, security protocols, and minimize shrinkage by monitoring store activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of supervising experience in a retail environment
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to connect with children, families, and diverse customer groups.
• Passionate about active lifestyles, children’s products, and providing positive experiences.
• Proactive and dependable, with the ability to take initiative and lead when needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
