What You’ll Do:
Conversion & Sales Generation
- Actively engage with customers to sell products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries from various platforms, including in-store, online, and social media.
- Generate leads and increase brand awareness by executing outbound marketing strategies.
Technical Services
- Conduct product testing and installation for customers.
- Assemble and service desktops and other tech products.
- Process diagnostics and warranty claims, ensuring smooth resolution of customer concerns.
Inventory & Merchandising
- Conduct cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Process stock requests and receive shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Display products in an organized and visually appealing manner.
Content Creation & Marketing Support
- Create engaging and informative content to educate customers on products and services.
- Develop and post meme-based content to boost customer engagement on social media.
Administrative Duties
- Perform basic cashiering tasks when needed, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Senior High School and College Level
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Retail Industry
- Must have experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Strategic Management and Business Development
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Honest, reliable and responsible
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be willing to work on site in Makati City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
