We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Retail Purchasing Specialist to support daily purchasing and shipping operations. This role involves working with product documentation, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Track, document, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments

Verify product quality and check serial/batch numbers

Organize packing and prepare shipping labels

Process customer orders and coordinate on-time dispatch

Generate invoices and shipping documents

Maintain accurate data and records in the company system
