Position: Seasonal Retail Assistant / Cashier
Duration: Festive Season

We’re seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team at Santa’s Grotto during the busy holiday period. If you’re a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, manage bookings, and assist walk-ins with a smile.
• Sales and Merchandising: Print photos and actively promote and upsell merchandise options.
• Cashiering: Handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Operational Support: Assist with opening/closing procedures and perform inventory checks.
• Team Reporting: Provide daily updates to the line manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, customer-facing role.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
