What You’ll Do

As a key member of the retail team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while showcasing industry-leading products. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming atmosphere, provide expert advice, and guide customers to the perfect solution.
• Product Knowledge: Sell a wide range of outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, and ride-on mowers.
• Hands-On Demonstrations: Assemble and demonstrate products to show customers how they work.
• Inventory Management: Keep stock levels optimised and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed.
• Team Collaboration: Answer phone inquiries, manage inwards/outwards goods, and keep the store running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who brings:

• A passion for customer service—customers are at the heart of everything we do.
• A proactive, “retail ready” attitude, with a focus on solutions and closing sales.
• Strong communication and a genuine enthusiasm for outdoor power equipment.
• Experience in retail or a similar customer-focused role is a bonus, but full training is provided!
