          Job Duties & Performance Expectations
Sales & Business Development
- Supervise and guide the retail sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and distribution objectives.
 - Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
 - Identify new retail business opportunities and manage relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and store managers.
 - Monitor and ensure proper execution of in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising activities.
 - Negotiate shelf space, pricing, and promotional support with retailers to maximize brand exposure.
 
Team Management & Supervision
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of retail sales representatives and merchandisers.
 - Conduct regular market visits and accompany team members on sales calls to provide coaching and support.
 - Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, and take corrective action when necessary.
 - Provide training and guidance to ensure the team follows company policies, selling standards, and reporting procedures.
 
Market & Operations Management
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and collection of payments in collaboration with logistics and finance teams.
 - Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.
 - Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
 - Manage stock levels at retail and distributor points to avoid shortages or overstocking.
 - Support the execution of marketing campaigns and product launches within assigned territories.
 
Qualification: Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
 - Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising standards, and distribution networks.
 - Proven leadership and team management abilities.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting systems.
 - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
