Northcote is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on Retail Store Manager to take the lead. This is your chance to step into a leadership role now and help shape the future of The Reject Shop. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead from the front and create a high-energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
• Be hands-on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
• Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
• Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
• Develop and inspire your team to grow into confident, capable retail leaders
• Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
• Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm
