The Fragrance Outlet is a full-service retail marketing agency looking for a full-time Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Oversee all aspects of the store operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and inventory management.
• Maintain high customer engagement levels through outstanding customer service.
• Manage the store’s visual presentation, including visual merchandising and merchandising to maximize shelf space and customer engagement levels.
• Gather and maintain accurate inventory of all products in the store.
• Manage all aspects of the customer experience including sales, marketing, and service.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings to ensure store operations are running smoothly.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to include holidays and weekends.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of retail experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to write clear instructions and follow up as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an organized workspace with attention to detail and data entry skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
