Retail Store Manager - Mackay

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance

About you

We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone:

• With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
• Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
• With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
