Retail Store Manager (Makati)

What You’ll Do:

Sales Performance & Customer Service:

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets for both product and service revenue.

• Drive in-store customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

Inventory & Expense Management:

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure stock health.

• Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability.

People Management:

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to enhance their sales and service skills.

• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure high engagement levels.

Store Operations & Compliance:

• Implement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Monitor compliance with process improvements and company policies.

Marketing & Social Media Support:

• Support social media marketing efforts and promotions at the store level.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management

• Must have at least three (3) years of experience on the same field

• Particular experience or trainings needed: Leadership, Strategic Management, Store Operation, Marketing, Business Development, Finance

• Expertise in sales funnel management.

• Strong sales and customer service mindset.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to analyze store performance metrics and take corrective action.

• Proficiency in Excel for inventory and sales tracking.

• Social media engagement knowledge for local store marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
