As the Retail & Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a central role in driving the success of our retail store and warehouse operations while supporting our mission. What You’ll Do

• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Store Associates and an Assistant Manager.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Partner with the COO to ensure efficient warehouse operations, inventory flow, and order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention to maximize efficiency.
• Organize and execute major sales events and membership drives.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and maintenance of all properties.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and act as a liaison across departments to align goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in retail operations with a strong customer focus.
• A natural leader who can foster teamwork and accountability.
• Data-driven decision-making and strategic problem-solving are second nature to you.
• Familiarity with retail and warehouse management software; IT knowledge is a plus.
• You’re great at juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat.
• Minimum of 5 years in retail/warehouse operations; College degree is a plus.
