The Revenue Accounting team, with employees located in Eindhoven (The Netherlands), Krakow (Poland), Chicago (US), and Mumbai (India), is responsible for managing and administrating the revenue for EMEA- and APAC-based customers as well as global Cost of Sales.
We are now looking for a Revenue Accountant, who will be based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Main responsibilities of the Revenue Accountant are:
- Invoice customers based on reports received. You should be able to validate the prices used in the reporting against the contract.
- Process Sales contracts: understand the Accounting details in a contract and be able to process it in the different systems we use.
- Peer review of invoices created by colleagues.
- Follow-up on questions from customers regarding invoicing.
- Work with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15.
- Provide documentation customers need, e.g. filling in supplier forms.
- Assist in other tasks e.g. month end close tasks, internal/external audits.
- Engage in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
In this role you will report to the Sr Revenue Accounting Manager who is also based in Eindhoven.
Who are you?:
Preferably you have finished your education in Accountancy. Experience in an accounting role is necessary. Communication internally and externally is in English, so you need to have excellent English writing and speaking skills. Proficiency in Dutch is preferred as well.

- PeopleSoft experience is a plus in addition to strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
