This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic change within the FMCG sector. In today’s data-driven environment, where customers are more knowledgeable, CSE must leverage data to optimize performance and meet evolving customer expectations. This role is focused on the optimization of AI-driven strategies and Value/Revenue Management to enhance promotional efficiency, assortment opportunities, improve pricing strategies, and drive long-term, sustainable growth through smarter, data-informed decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

As Revenue Growth Manager at Carlsberg, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective use and maximization of Carlsbergs VMxsystem across the Off Trade channel in Sweden. A key part of your role will be to ensure internal teams—including KAMs, Channel Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain—are fully trained on the system. Further, you will use the system together with your stakeholder to build plans and strategies and that we are utilizing it to its full potential to drive optimal promotional and pricing strategies.

On the promotions side, you will analyze past performance to uncover insights and develop strategies for promotional optimization. You will collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAM)to create impactful promotional plans, measure their effect on profitability, and continuously track and refine strategies to enhance efficiency, customer growth and maximize ROI.

In terms of pricing, you will analyze historical pricing data and work with the KAMteam to develop pricing strategies that align with business objectives. You will also oversee the annual price increase process, ensuring that pricing guidelines are clearly communicated and consistently applied across categories and channels.


Personal Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Value/Revenue Management experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
  • Commercial awareness, including understanding pricing dynamics and category purchase structures
  • Project management skills to coordinate initiatives across teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain)
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, influencing and aligning diverse teams and functions
  • Action-oriented, results-driven, with expertise in change leadership and cross-cultural teamwork

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experiencein commercial roles such as revenue growth management, category management, sales development, or key account management, with a strong understanding of Change Management, Value Management, and the strategic application of AI, ideally within FMCG, but we also value experience from other industries, such as management consulting and technology.

  • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent higher education in a relevant field.
  • Languages: Fluent in both Swedish and English.
