Rgii Plumber - Property Maintenance

Reactive Property Maintenance is Irelands largest property maintenance company who completed c.11,500 jobs in 2024 . We are continuing to expand and require experienced domestic plumbers to join our team.

We are a great company to work with, very low staff turnover.

What is the Job?

• Calling to properties, solving problems like leaks, heating problems etc.
• Fixing the mess the geniuses from the other maintenance company caused and walked away.
• General plumbing repairs, Leak tracing and fault finding in heating and pumped water systems.
• Replacement and servicing of gas boilers, cylinders, tanks etc
• Heat Pump a major advantage.

What do you get ?

• You get paid every week without fail and job security. Property maintenance is growing and growing.
• You get a van and the use of it evenings and weekends, including diesel and a phone.
• Monday to Friday 8.30- 5.00pm working hours, no weekend work or afterhours call outs.
• No site work, generally you will be driving to different jobs during the day, in houses and commercial premises.
• You get to work with a great bunch of Guys and Girls in the field and office.

Experience:

• Qualified Plumber: 3 years (required)
