Mount Isa Mines is seeking motivated and safety-conscious non-trade personnel to join the Structural Remediation Crew. We’re building a high-performing team to deliver critical asset remediation, shutdown support, and project works across the site. These position will be offered as residential positions operating on a 7/7 day shift only roster.

The Role

What We’re Looking For

• Valid high-risk work licences (e.g. dogging, rigging, forklift) preferred
• Previous site-based or industrial experience
• Ability to work safely and collaboratively as part of a multi-skilled crew
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced project environment
