Risk Management Solutions (RMS) is a global sales team covering corporate clients by delivering risk management solutions to help clients better manage Foreign Exchange (FX) , Rates, Commodity, and other bespoke financial market risks.


From our Stockholm office we cover our corporate clients based in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. We are a specialized sales team that support multinational corporates to manage their exposures in foreign currencies in the broadest sense.


The salesperson would interact with corporate client’s front office on a regular basis. In addition, the salesperson would work closing with FX structuring, Trading, Coverage, Credit Risk Management, Compliance, Legal and other product teams within the bank.


Role and responsibilities:

  • Origination of FX and Commodity business with existing corporate clients and prospects

  • Responsibility for a defined client portfolio including acquisition and the entire FX flow & structured business. From G10 to EM opportunities

  • Co-define the client strategy and required resources (balance sheet, RWA, etc.) to optimize returns on existing clients

  • Distribution of the entire FX product range consisting of cash, derivative and structured products for FX, Commodities and Deposits

  • Identify and develop cross-sell ideas of already acquired business and / or from the assigned client portfolio. Exporting clients abroad and enable efficient coverage around the globe

  • Executing trades on a daily basis (FX, Commodity and Deposits)

  • Provide regular market and regulatory updates to clients

  • Manage ISDA/documentation/KYC processes

  • Support team members in maintaining the existing business, back up for other FX RMS team members


Skills / requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a similar role

  • Intellectually curious, enthusiastic individuals with a desire to problem solve

  • Strong communication skills and an ambitious mindset

  • Person with a passion for the financial markets and being part of a team

  • Having strong attention to detail

  • Experience in building client relationships in the Nordic region

  • In-depth knowledge of global financial markets and especially foreign exchange (FX)

  • Strong quantitative and technical ability

  • Strong eye for non-financial risk consideration and ability to assess and explain the risk of the product offered to clients

  • Fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language

  • University degree

  • Willingness to travel
