Roofing Crew

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled shingle crew to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in various construction and maintenance projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring high-quality workmanship. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Utilize hand tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Install shingle roofs and other roofing material when needed.
• Repair leaks, replace shingle, vents and plumbing flashing.
• Install sheet metal cap and skylight.
• Execute caulking and sealing of joints and seams for weatherproofing.
• Must have fall protection training and familiar with all safety regulations.
• Assist in building structures according to design specifications.
• Subcontractors must have their own WCB and liability insurance.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Must have a method of transportation and a valid driver's license.

Experience

• Previous experience in roofing is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs are highly valued.

Pay: $23.00-$45.00 per hour
