Roofing Project Manager

Sierra Roofing & Solar is looking for a Residential/Commercial Roofing Superintendent/Project Manager to join our Team. Sierra Roofing and Solar has been installing roofing and solar in the Bay Area for over 45 years, with a reputation as a leader in quality workmanship and unprecedented customer service.

Plus - we are offering a $10,000 Signing Bonus payable after the first 6 months of employment!!

Primary Position Responsibilities:

· Communicate with customer from start to finish

· Schedule and supervise crews on multiple job sites and locations

· Coordinate, organize and visit projects around the East Bay Area. Inspect work to ensure compliance and quality workmanship

· Order, coordinate and monitor delivery of proper materials

· Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

· Train field staff, with an emphasis on employee development and safety assurance

· Maintain documentation of individual projects, identify variances, monitor budgets and implement corrective action

· Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environment

· Ensure weekly tailgate trainings are being done and appropriate paperwork is being completed and turned in

· Coordinate Progress and Final inspections as needed with the individual building departments

· Review and approve weekly payroll

· Additional duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of Construction Field Project Management experience required

• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior roofing experience is a HUGE plus, but not required
• Ability to handle a variety of duties with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate initiative and innovative thinking
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be detail oriented
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and physical exam

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
