Route Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering packages to residential and business while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate box trucks. Experience driving a box truck or large vehicle is preferred but not required

• Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver packages to homes,business and warehouses
• Follow established routes and schedules while maintaining timely deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries , scanning the package , taking a photo and placing the package correctly
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in route driving is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy items routes will have small, medium and large packages
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or pre-employment screenings. including a drug test
• Must have a working cell phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200.00 - $225.00 per day
