Description/information:

• Assist CFO with day-to-day accounting functions, including account reconciliations and transaction entry.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial spreadsheets with advanced Excel tools (including pivot tables).
• Support financial reporting and month-end close processes within Sage Intacct.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making and operational needs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Sage Intacct accounting software and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to independently manage time and priorities.
• Backup systems are required (Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply)
