Job Description

The Senior Sales Associate/Assistant Supervisor is to create a pleasant retail experience by providing fantastic customer service through in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends and product knowledge. The candidate will be a brand ambassador to showcase Yishion’s latest fashion pieces and recommend choices that best fit the personal styles of our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and holistic customer service through updated product knowledge
• Understand customer needs and personal style to recommend options for every occasion
• Proactively manage end to end operations, administrative and housekeeping duties
• Collaborate as a team to achieve monthly store targets
• Motivate sales through up-selling and cross selling
• Perform daily sales activities, reporting, stock control and replenishment
• In charge of cash and card payment using POS system
• Introduce customer to current promotions and incentives: VIP memberships
• Support visual merchandize team in stock display
• Engage customer on feedback to enhance their next store visit
• Perform day to day operations
• Provide good customer service
• Greet all valued customers readily
• Be able to recommend products and promotions to customers
• Handle merchandise with care
• Basic housekeeping - keeping the shop neat and tidy
• Provide excellent and holistic customer service through updated product knowledge
• Build your own customer fan club!

Requirements:

• Energetic, proactive and a team player
• Customer service and sales oriented
• Results driven – understand customers and make the necessary recommendations
• Love for people and fashion
• Excellent communicator: conversant in English or Mandarin and preferably bilingual
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with pleasant personality
• Willingness to work on roster based on retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
• Experience in fast fashion is a bonus
