Job Overview:
Sales Administrators play a critical role in support of the sales team within a company. They help streamline the sales process by managing the administrative tasks, providing customer service, and organizing sales data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the advertising sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and assisting with client communications.
- Order Processing: Process advertising orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Client Correspondence: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Billing and Invoicing: Assist in generating invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure timely and accurate billing for advertising services rendered.
- Database Management: Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases, updating client records, tracking sales activities, and generating reports as needed.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and analytics to track performance against targets, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Coordination: Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and presentations, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and catering services.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any related course is preferred but not required; OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
